Aadhaar Authentication History is a service provided on the UIDAI website, offering residents a record of their past authentication activities.
To access the Aadhaar Authentication history, residents must:
Note: A registered mobile number is required to use this service.
The Aadhaar Authentication history provides the following details for each authentication record:
While residents can view a maximum of 50 authentication records at one time, they can access all authentication records performed by any Authentication User Agency (AUA) over the past six months.
If any authentication transactions appear as failed, each is assigned a specific error code. Residents should check the error code details for insights into the failure reasons.
If a resident notices transactions in their record that they did not carry out, it is advisable to contact the respective Authentication User Agency (AUA) for assistance.
Each authentication transaction generates a unique UIDAI Response Code that identifies the transaction. This code is crucial for any follow-up queries directed to the AUA.
Similar to the UIDAI Response Code, the Authentication User Agency (AUA) provides a unique Transaction ID for each authentication request. Both the Response Code and Transaction ID are useful for any inquiries made by the Aadhaar number holder.
UIDAI offers various authentication modalities including demographic data, biometric data (fingerprints or iris), or One Time Password (OTP). Auth Modality indicates the method used for each specific authentication transaction.
Residents can utilize the following UIDAI services for Aadhaar authentication:
