1. Cleared Both Groups of CA Intermediate

You must have cleared both Groups I and II of the CA Intermediate examination under the applicable syllabus before applying. No exceptions here.

2. Articleship (Practical Training) Completion

There are two acceptable scenarios here:

• Standard Route: Your three-year articleship, including any extended leave, must be completed on or before August 31, 2025.

• Alternate Route: If you're in the final six months of your articleship as of September 1, 2025, you're still eligible—provided you finish the full term by February 28, 2026.

3. Final Course Registration

You need to be enrolled in the CA Final (New Course), with a valid registration under the course code (such as NEWFIN23 or CONFIN23).

• Validity: Final course registration stays valid for 10 years, but revalidation is possible if needed.

• When to Register: It’s open throughout the year, but your registration must be active at the time you submit your exam form.

4. Advanced ICITSS and Self-Paced Modules (SPOM)

This is a non-negotiable compliance step.

• Advanced ICITSS (IT + MCS): Must be completed by August 10, 2025.

• Self-Paced Modules:

  • Set A (Corporate & Economic Laws) and Set B (Strategic Cost & Performance Management) are mandatory for everyone.
  • Set C and Set D are also mandatory if you registered after November 2023.

5. Photo and Signature Upload

You'll be required to upload:

• A recent passport-sized photograph and
• A clear digital signature (both in .jpg or .jpeg format, following ICAI’s specified dimensions).

6. (For Members Only) Continuing Professional Education (CPE)

If you're already a qualified ICAI member, ensure your CPE credits are up to date. This does not apply to CA Final students.

3. Fill the Form:

   • Enter personal and academic details
   • Choose exam group (Group I, II or both)

4. Upload Documents:

   • CA Intermediate pass certificate

   • ICITSS/SPOM completion certificate (if applicable)

5. Pay Exam Fee:

   • ₹1,800 – for one group
