The National Stock Exchange (NSE) of India has issued an important circular requiring companies to update their Input Service Distributor (ISD) GSTIN with BSE Limited by March 26, 2025.

Key Details

• Effective Date: The ISD registration provisions will take effect on April 1, 2025.
• Single ISD GSTIN Requirement: Each company is permitted to submit only one ISD GSTIN for BSE.
• Invoice Processing: Invoices issued on or after April 1, 2025, will be based on the ISD GST numbers updated and provided to BSE by the March 26 deadline.
• No Retrospective Issuance: BSE will not process requests for credit notes or fresh invoices related to transactions before this update on regular GSTINs.
